BBQ Lamb Cutlets

The ingredient of Bbq Lamb Cutlets

  • 18 lamb cutlets
  • 200ml olive oil
  • 1 small bunch oregano leaves chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 4 basil leaves chopped
  • 2 sachets 4 tsp beef stock paste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 800g baby chat potatoes
  • 1 large spanish onion cut into wedges
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 75ml olive oil extra
  • 150ml balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 sachet 2 tsp vegetable stock paste
  • 1 2 cup shallots chopped
  • 5 fresh basil leaves sliced

The Instruction of bbq lamb cutlets

  • mix marinade ingredients together in a large bowl
  • toss the lamb through the marinade until well coated
  • cook on the barbecue on medium heat until cooked to your liking
  • make the warm potato salad bring the potatoes to the boil in a large pot and then turn down to a simmer until the potatoes are cooked drain cut in half
  • meanwhile toss the spanish onion in 30ml olive oil and roast in the oven at 200u00b0c for 15 minutes
  • combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a large bowl and whisk till sugar dissolves add vegetable paste and remaining olive oil to form the dressing
  • toss potatoes onions and all remaining ingredients in the dressing and serve
