- 500g coles australian beef 3 star mince
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 4 cup 70g greek style yoghurt
- 1 lebanese cucumber peeled into ribbons
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 3 radishes thinly sliced
- 1 4 cup mint leaves
- 1 4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 4 coles brioche burger buns split toasted
- 1 3 cup 95g greek style yoghurt extra
The Instruction of spring beef burger
- combine mince ground coriander cumin paprika and yoghurt in a bowl divide mince mixture into 4 portions shape each portion into a 10cm patty
- heat a greased non stick frying pan over medium high heat cook the patties for 4 mins each side or until golden brown and cooked through
- meanwhile combine the cucumber onion radish mint and coriander leaves in a bowl whisk the oil and vinegar in a separate bowl drizzle over cucumber mixture toss to combine season
- place bun bases on serving plates top with cucumber salsa patties extra yoghurt and bun tops
