  • 1 bunch radishes thinly sliced

  • preheat oven to 200c combine bertolli with butter parsley thyme oregano and garlic in a small bowl rub three quarters of the mixture over lamb place in a roasting pan season roast for 12 mins or until cooked to your liking cover with foil and set aside for 10 mins to rest
