- heat remaining oil in a wok over medium heat add beans asparagus and peas stir fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are bright green add 1 tablespoon cold water remove from heat cover stand for 2 minutes add lemon juice season with salt and pepper toss to combine
- serve veal with bean mixture
